JAMES - Kingston, Jamaica

I am trying to find information on the JAMES family name. I'm doing this for my son in law. But, I don't have very much to go on. He knows very little about his family. His parents have never really spoken about their lineage.

The only information I have is as follows:

Samuel R ROOMES born 1984 Kingston, Jamaica (my son in law)

His parents are Gwendolyn JAMES and Aldous C ROOMES.

Parentage for Gwendolyn is Adalbert JAMES and Isadora ????????

Parentage for Aldous is Sydney ROOMES and Lucille MIGNOTT

I know that this is a kind of shot in the dark, but if there is anyone else researching this family name, or can help me in any way I would greatly appreciate it.

My surname is also James. My name is Lizette James I live in Belize Central America.

My roots are from Grenada. My grandparents and Father are from Grenada. I am also trying to locate family because there is not a lot of James out there.

My grandfather's name was Isaiah Isaac James. His sons are Lucas James, Caswell James (Chicago), George James (Grenada West Indies).
