Hello Stephanie,
Can you tell me anything about the Parents of William James / James William Storey?? Do you have the name Cassan in your family History?
I am going to ask another recent contact for more information about their William Storey who was with the 85th Regiment and the 2nd West India Regiment.
My Ancestor who was also with the 85th Regiment was born in Ireland . I am to understand that William Storey's heritage was Scotch. I do not know if they had come to the Caribbean on more than one occasion but to my knowledge their arrival in Jamaica was 1803 - 1804. I do not know when William married Eliza Sarah Cassan but two known children were born in 1805 and 1807. How long had your Family been in the Caribbean or to your knowledge were they always in the Caribbean
